Vatican is considered the smallest European country in area and population as it's area equals 0.44 square km and has a population of about 800 persons so it ranks 233rd in the world in terms of population.
Italian is the official spoken language in Vatican which named after the Vatican mountain, The government of the country is an elected monarchy, and is headed by the Pope, President of the Roman Catholic Church.

The Vatican is located in the wast bank of Tiber river in Rome and it's the smallest independent nation / state in the world, Vatican is surrounded by walls that belongs to middle ages except for the southeast border of Saint Peter's square.

The Vatican city has 6 entrances, 3 of them are open to the public :

  • Entrance to the bell arch 
  • Saint Peter's square
  • Entrance to the Vatican museum and galleries
The most famous building in the Vatican city is Cathedral of Saint Peter that was built in the 4th century and restored in the 16th century.

this church contains the mausoleum of Saint Peter, and is classified as the second largest Christian religious building in the world.

History  

The Vatican is considered one of the most sacred places in Christianity, witnessing a great history and a unique collection of masterpieces of art and architecture like :
  • Double columns 
  • Circular square
  • Palaces
  • Gardens
The Vatican history goes back to the 4th century a
s the seat of the Catholic Church after building 
Cathedral of Saint Peter and then it developed into a popular and commercial area.
Although it was abandoned after the papal court moved to France in 1309, the city's famous monuments were built in 1377.
The Vatican was established in its present form as an independent state after the Lateran Treaty of 1929.

The Vatican city have a telephone system in her own, post office, gardens, astronomical observatory, radio station and banking system.

The unit of the Swiss Guard is the responsible for the personal safety of the Pope since 1506.
Most of the food, water, electricity and gas are imported from abroad, with no taxes on income, import or export of funds.

Canada is a country which is located in North America continent and surrounded by:

  • United States of America from the south.
  • Atlantic ocean from the east.
  • Pacific ocean from the wast.

Canada has a very large area as it's considered the second country in the world by area and Canada is the largest city in the world bordering only one city"USA in the south as we said earlier".




In the past Canada was a British colony and gained it's independence"Freedom" in 1867, since that time Canada became a very large country both in economic and technology.what a big effort?

Today Canada:

  • ranks third in the world oil reserves.
  • The sixth largest producer of oil.

Ottawa is the capital of Canada and the 4th largest city in Canada by volume.


The name Ottawa is derived from the word Odawa, a word from the Algonquin language, the indigenous people of the North American continent, meaning "trade".


Ottawa is one of the most developed cities in the world economically and technologically.


In 1900 Ottawa employed about 300 persons in the government sector and this number increases with time until it became 40,000 persons in the government sector in the mid 20th century.


Today, Ottawa is characterized by its safety and low crime rate and have a population of 994,837 in 2017.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CITY IN THE WORLD


Tokyo

Tokyo is a city with a large population and covers a larger area than villages and small towns. Tokyo is also called a group of communities that have cultural and legal characteristics making it different from any other region or places.

Every city has its own administrative powers according to its nature to control their sites and facilities like Local municipalities.

Tokyo city is considered the biggest city of the world as it has a population of (14.1184) million in 2019.

Location 


Tokyo is located in the eastern side of Japan and its official capital. It's bordered on the:
  • Northeast by the Edo River 
  • south by the Tama River



Tokyo has 23 populated neighborhoods  and it's a Japanese state with an area of 13,500 km².

Tokyo has a mild climate most of the year and the average temperature in:
  • July is 24 degrees Celsius
  • January is 4 degrees Celsius

History


Historical studies indicate that the geographical location of  Tokyo has been inhabited since prehistoric times, but the first indication of its population dates back to the 12th century in a village called Edo meaning entrance gate, and this village witnessed a remarkable growth during the 17th and 18th centuries Over time, it became the largest city in the world in the late 18th century.

The village of Edo was renamed Tokyo in 1868. The Japanese Imperial Court moved to Tokyo, but Tokyo's population was reduced due to a problems in its political environment, but it was able to grow again. Over the years, Tokyo was hit by many fires and earthquakes that destroyed most of its landmarks.

Japan surrendered in World War II and the US military occupied Tokyo, and the American presence remained in it until 1952, and since that year, the city of Tokyo has witnessed rapid and new developments, and reached its limits as the city managed to organize the Olympic Games of the Summer Games in 1964. 



Population 


The population of Tokyo is of one ethnicity , but a group of ethnicity of non-Japanese in origin live in the city, notably the Chinese and Koreans; They are not classified as Japanese despite living in Tokyo for many centuries.

Tokyo is considered a basic industrial center in Japan in field of light industries like:
  • Equipment Industry
  • Electronic Devices Industry 
  • Printing and Books Industry
Tokyo also the base center of management and money in Japan and it contains the headquarters of productive facilities and also branches of international companies.
Also contains headquarters of the Stock Exchange.


Tourism and travel 


Travel and tourism to Japan (Tokyo) depend on compliance with Japanese laws on tourists.
You must have a passport and visa to stay in Japan. Tourism in Tokyo is easy, safe and does not require a lot of money, and travel within the city depends on the use of trains and metro, and English is used in many places, making it easier for tourists to travel within Tokyo.
